Dig It! in the new Children’s Gallery

“Art:  Dig It!” gives visitors a chance to participate in a simulated dig, discovering object fragments and reassembling them, and other activities focusing on archeology.  The dig introduces the idea of learing from objects of the past, using examples from the Museum’s permanent collection.  It is the perfect place to go before or after viewing the exhibition “Eternal China.”
